Machine is convertible to C and Z roll forming

Can Make C/Z section from 100mm to up to 300mm

Maximum thickness of C/Z Section can be formed up to 3.15mm

Running Speed is up to 12 meters per minute

Sheet Profiling Machine

Can do Profiling of sheets up to 1mm thickness

Production speed is up to 15 meters per minute.

Press Brake Machine

Bending Capacity is up to 100mt

Bending Width can be up to 3.3 meters

Can Bend plates up to 6mm thickness

Production speed is up to 5mt per Shift

Sheet Crimping Machine

Can make different types of Domes viz Half Dome, Full dome, Single Ridge Cap, etc.

Production speed is up to 5 meters per minute.

Crimping Capsule is Full Type, So can make Radius as minimum as 500mm.

Shearing Machine

Can Shear Sheets up to 6mm in Thickness

Maximum Width of sheet can be cut up to 3.1 meters

Production speed is up to 2MT per Hour
